It had reluctantly released its captives for a while -- back to their native books lands -- but that was only to lull them into a false sense of security. Now it's back with a renewed sense of mischief

He's been sitting on the sofa all evening, he sometimes comes here to think. Thankfully before the mansion decided to release people he had left to live in a house outside its domain. He's not expecting anything, really, just a few moments to himself, but he'd welcome conversation from any passerby.

*stumbles a little and laughs rather furiously as he half hugs her half pats her on the back* I've been home, with my husband, my children. The better question, chérie, is where have you been?

Killing furballs, and getting in all sorts of drama, actually. With Henry and the others, of course. You have no idea. I'm dating your worse enemy. Though I think I might manage to make him not kill you this time.

Oh puh-lease. Sauron's wolves themselves, mind you. They make good practice targets. Still stuck with the army of insane elves, though. At least they stopped crawling out of the walls. That's a good thing, if ever there was one.

Not to mention, I've been around a bunch of new flavors of vampires. Haven't met the glittery one yet, though.
