Been a long time since I posted. So a brief update just to let you all know that I'm still alive.

Finally all moved in and settled. We desperately need to get in the yard, do some planting and cleaning up of things. However it hasn't rained in two full months and the forecast isn't looking much better any time in the future. If we get some rain I'll go to Lowes and buy some plants and put out some grass seed.
