If you can see A Scanner Darkly while it's still in theaters, do. The movie's bloody amazing. And it's enjoyable as a stoner flick as well as a serious science-fiction work - not usually a combination you see much of outside of Heavy Metal magazines from the '70s. So I was watching Audition today, and just as the movie was starting to get really good... SKIPPETY SKIPPETY! I'm not 100% sure what happened, but I'm pretty sure that the DVD player overheated.
