Just had a long shower after a relatively long ride which started around 8am. Definitely could be a lot fitter than that. I think I might have bumped in to that cycle group. I am finally taking steps to join a cycling group for group rides. Just e-mailed the administrator for one of the seemingly more active bicycle clubs in Singapore. Hopefully I'll meet more people who don't write like retarded 6 year olds. (No offence to retarded kids.)

After months of procrastination, I've finally gotten my bicycle fixed up. The seat, a different brand, isn't as comfortable as the original Bontrager model that I got along with my bike but unfortunately the bike shop here stock very limited merchandise and I don't know the model number of the seat I had. This is a great idea.  Getting to work and getting some exercise at the same time. I used to cycle to work from time to time although it took a lot of stamina because the area I lived in was quite hilly.
