I've started trying to keep track of what I eat on a Tumblr blog, to see if there are any obvious deficiencies or easy improvements I could make to back up the exercise I'm doing. So far I've just been trying to eat more protein and less chocolate and carbs, but not in any particularly systematic way...

Last night, libellum and I went to Belgo Noord, a Belgian eating/drinking place in Camden (just south of Chalk Farm tube station). ZOMG. You must go.
