On Friday I head to Auckland to run the playtest of my Call of Cthulhu (mini*) campaign - Against the Flame. Writing this adventure has been an interesting experience and makes me want to talk to other large campaign writers as to their experience of how a plot develops and what compromises and changes they made on the way. So last night we concluded our three session Little Fear Nightmare Edition (LFNE) game - A Town with No Name. I won't go into too much detail as to the plot and structure as I could potentially be running it again soon.

It seems that the German fans of Dungeonslayers are now embarking on translating my Valngress setting into their native tongue (all DS text is Creative Commons BTW). It is pretty interesting to see people dissecting your work in such a way, but I'm very happy to see people interested in my ideas.

Well I survived running Fright Night for the first time. To be honest it was a lot easier than I'd expected and I got lots of help from Dale, Stephanie and of course Emma, on the night!

A couple of comments:

• I'll say it again, Luke & Mash were lifesavers for stepping up to run a game!
