Brief Summary: Basically a catch-all for people who want to mingle while hanging out at the town hall while the storm rages outside

There was a cheery fire in the hearth, casting its warm glow about the room. It was a nice effect, removing some of the chill that had been brought in with the onset of the storm and the tremors caused by the strange fear that had gripped everyone. Food had been brought from the inn and set out on one of the decrepit but serviceable tables for people to take should the need arise. The hum of voices helps to block out the rain to some extent, but the constant brush of wind through the windows threatens to overtake them now and then, even as if attempts tirelessly to steal the light from the candles set atop the tables.
With the light intact there is a wholly safer feel to the building than there might have been otherwise. Whatever is outside in that storm, you will definitely feel safer in here.
