Fae
A faery's blood is blue or green in colour.

Faeries will have no lasting power over felines. Cats may be befuddled or unnerved by them, but their glamour does not work on them and they will not be prey to such wiles.

arkan sonney

Appearance: Arken Sonney look just like piglets, but with notably brighter eyes. Their hides tend to come in black, pink, or pink with black spots.
Powers: These creatures are incredibly fast and difficult to catch. Should one be caught, however, it will grant one wish. This wish can is generally something relatively small, like a useful item or certain types of food.
Temperament: Friendly. Arken Sonney are completely non-violent and tend to shy away from people.
Located: They run all over Demeleier, with the exception of the graveyard and the crypts.
Weakness: Their main weakness is really someone who's fast enough to catch them!

IMAGE

asrai

Appearence: Beautiful maidens who linger below the surface of the water. Asrai are ethereal, glowing brightly in the moonlight, with tendrils of mist curling away from their forms like hair fanning out underwater.
Located: In the Loch of Demeleier. They are also nocturnal.
Powers: If you catch sight of an Asrai, you will be tempted to reach out and touch her. This is their glamour affecting you. Should your fingers skim her under the water, you will feel a chill that is cold enough to burn you.
Temperament: Aside from the persuasion to touch them, Asrai will not actively seek someone out to harm them.
Weakness: Asrai will die if exposed to sunlight. They cannot be taken out of the water without diffusing into mist. Wearing the rowan crown will block their glamour.

IMAGE

awd goggie

Appearance: The Awd Goggie comes up to an average man's waist. It's mostly green in colour, with a white underbelly and two black and red antennae on its head. Its eyes are large and multifaceted.
Powers: Strong, fast, and tenacious.
Located: The mansion's orchard.
Temperament: Aggressive. Awd Goggie will spring out and attack anyone who enters the orchard in an attempt to protect the fruit trees.
Weakness: The touch of iron will be like being burned, to them. They are not frightened off by it, however.

IMAGE

Powers: Causing mayhem and physical harm.
Location All over Demeleier, focused mainly in the village itself.
Temperament: Aggressive.
Weakness: A Ballybog will run away from someone showing iron, and begins to fade on a prolonged tactile exposure to it.

Location: The Baobhan Sith will walk the path from the temple to the cemetery every single day. She can be encountered at all parts of this stretch, though she will not enter the temple itself.
Temperament: Malevolent. The Baobhan Sith will hurt anyone who comes near her.

Powers: The Barguest strikes fear into the hearts of people who see it. It is extremely strong and has been known to breathe fire.
Location: This fae is quite rare in Demeleier, but it can be found in the cemetery, or in the deepest parts of the forest. On the death of a prominent figure, it will lead the Black Dogs through the town and into the cemetery as a sign of passing.
Temperament: On its own, the Barguest is malevolent and will attack unprovoked. When with the Black Dogs, it will only attack if threatened.
