I'm really not bringing up old arguments, cos who needs that shit.  But still.  Just gonna point out that it's St George's day today and LJ has absolutely nothing to recognise this holiday, despite the fact that it has a large amount of English users.  Not to mention the fact that Irish and Mexican holidays were celebrated here.

Our's is in October, but I thought I'd take this opportunity to share with you my all time favourite poem (though I adore Carol Ann Duffy and Wilfred Owen too).  I found it in our Poem-A-Day book when I was very young and adored it.  I've read it so many times I know it off by heart and I recite it to myself to feel... well, calm I guess.

Anyway, so here's my draft notes for a concept essay I have to do in a philosophy exam on friday.  The concept is truth, and I argue that it doesn't exist.  Feel free to tear my argument apart!

Ok, so this is long - around 1,600 words.  But it's totally worth it.  It tells the stories of the women (minus Phaedra) who knew Theseus.  I'm really proud of it so I hope you enjoy.
