My favorite flourless chocolate cake, per contentlove's request

8 oz good-quality semi-sweet baking chocolate (seriously get good chocolate)
1 stick unsalted butter (8 tablespoons)
1/4 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
