Using a bit of Ajax and the Webservice plugin for Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable I hacked it up so that dipsy, beloved bot of #london.pm can now be talked to on the web.

I managed to herd three large (huge! even) corporate cats sufficently to organise a conference call in which, and this shocked me too, they agreed fairly rapidly to all hire Mark Jason Dominus for a day each to talk about Higher Order Perl

Is done and contains backends for the classic insult server and also the insult method that the old #london.pm bot lala used to have.

I decided against Acme::BOFH::Excuse because, well, I couldn't be arsed. The code's in an Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable plugin instead. Feel free to extract and package.
