As I was working through the hospital this afternoon on my way home I spotted a friend I used to ride with in Bude.  She was visiting family.

It was great to see her and spend a few minutes catching up .... and as I left memories of rides I had been on with her flooded back

When I first saw this MEME on my f-list and told myself that I wouldn't do it ... So, here I am thinking of 16 things!
