Good news everyone.

I was able to get my hands on the tools and what-not to actually bench test the radio(and you thought hospitals were just for people didn't you?), it is working just fine. False alarm. However, once I put it back in the Geo as I went to turn up the volume and bumped the switch for the fog lights and...you guessed it, it turned itself off and after a few seconds turned itself back on like it was doing on the drive in to work. So I switched off the fog lights and nothing happened. I turned them back on and the radio thing happened. Then I tried the blower motor for my heat and the radio went out again. After about 10 seconds of screwing with switches and my radio I tried to start the Geo and it didn't want to. I know the battery is good and I know the alternator is good(both tested within the last month) I guess I need to look at the wires from the battery to the starter, then I need to look for a phantom drain. In the mean time the truck won't start and my jumper cables are in J's trunk. Anyone in the pontiac area want to come by and jump the Geo for me at 10ish so I can go home?
