Metody looks up from the heavy book he is plodding through, glad for the distraction. Even the most fascinating topic becomes tedious when written in six point text.

His Lordship made the whole thing out to be an assassination attempt, and the police have been led to work in that direction. However, anyone with even a basic knowledge of poisons and the physiology of the guests could tell instantly that murder would be nearly impossible."
"Yeah... don't suppose you got sharpies where yer from." The silver mech's brow plates draw together slightly over his gentle brown optics. "Grease pencil? Those things'll write on anythin'. Doesn' help with the time thing, but bringin' somethin' ta draw with helps."
Something which is being held between his hand and his chest squeaks. He shushes it gently and absently hums a soft song.
"If someone is simply too dense to grasp something that should be obvious, then maybe they've forfeited the right to any further explanation," he says dismissively.
Moriarty can probably tell that Eric does not suffer fools gladly.
"Hello again Mr. Moriarty." The young Holmes nodded as he leaned on his cane, dressed for the chilled winter season. "That is a very good question indeed, if you find the answer, would you care to share it?"
