I fell asleep watching the Simpsons and woke up just now. This is not good, I just slept three hours and I should be getting ready to go to bed now. Whoops...
Teaching was a little rough today... we covered complex numbers and there was a bit of confusion. I answered everybody's questions, but I feel like there were more questions that weren't asked than should have been. This is a totally independent lecture from anything else we're working on in class and nothing builds on imaginary numbers, but it was still a bit disheartening. However, I did get two students to come to my office today, which I've been encouraging them to do for the whole week. So, I officially know Ross and Sarah's names and I won't forget them anymore.
There's a DDR tournament next weekend and I'm going home for that. My mom's kinda pissed that I'm not coming home this weekend and using the DDR tournament as an excuse. There's NEVER and easy way to tell your mom to back off. If anybody wants to give me advice on how to tell my mom to quit trying to be my "mommy", let me know. She's having a lot of trouble cause Stephen is moving to Boston and not looking back. So, I have to wait for a little while before I drop any bombshells on her. I told her to not come to the tournament to watch, cause I don't feel like having my mom there as a 21-year old DDR player among a bunch of teenagers who won't have their mommy's there... am I wrong in feeling that way?
Anyways, I stole this from Kris, it's amazingly accurate.
My personality is rated 36.
