I have been having the HARDEST TIME going to sleep lately! I thought that last night would be a sure thing because I was EXHAUSTED and ended up falling asleep on the couch! Then I got a text from Ruth at around 10:45 that woke me up so I decided to text with her for a few mins and go to sleep in my bed. WRONG! I laid in bed for almost 2 HOURS! This has been a major trend with me lately and it's taking its toll on me. I won't go to bed until I'm good and tired because otherwise I can't go to sleep for 2+ hours anyway. I end up staying up WAY too late (1-2AM) and then waking up with Maeve at 7 or 8 AM. It's not that it's too little sleep (well it is just a little, but not too bad) it's just damn frustrating! I think I'm going to call my MD and see what I can do about it. We FINALLY moved my elliptical machine over here from my moms so after I get the batteries tomorrow I will be exercising everyday and that should help I hope......Darn internal clock needs a tune up!
