Saturday Slouching
It has been a better and fairly sunny
I did some hovering this morning, and managed to do quite a lot, without any major pain. it does seem that the pain of moving the leg has receded to the point that I can do some things. However, I am walking gently and on the whole making sure the leg is rested, and that i take the meds regularly.
I played some old records I had. These are LPs that came out in the seventies, such as Rose Royce and The Three Degrees.
I then read another book that I started some months back, and interleaving that with another I started last week. Multitasking!
After dinner, which was a very tasty beef lasagne with slices of cheesy garlic bread, I watched a DVD form that last massive haul in Mainstem a month back. The one where I picked up twenty DVDs for just one pound.
The movie was A Streetcar Named Desire, starring Vivian leigh and Marlon Brando.
I have read the play but this is the first time I actually watched this 1951 movie.
Tomorrow, I have a delivery from Morrisons. Dinner will probably be a salmon steak.
