A Swale Time

Jul 23, 2019 20:33

Well, it sure was a scorcher today. Up to 35 C and not much less than that in the shade. However, there was a cool breeze which tempered the excessive heat except for the sun trap near the library. I popped into town you see to sell some books and then go across the Swale to do another supermarket cafe visit at Queenborough.

This is what I had.

An all-day breakfast brunch with black pudding.

And yes, I do love my pepper!

Then once I had finished that meal I came back into Sittingbourne and melting from the heat went and got this cold drink.

Belgian chocolate crushed frostino with cream on top! Cold and yummy!
