An unexpected turn of events

So, you may or may not recall my mentioning some time ago my having joined an online roleplaying game here on LiveJournal, which I had nothing but good things to say about. There have, since then, been some interesting developments on that front.

Specifically, I seem to be running the storytelling side of that game now.

I think it is; I've only spoken of the two of them so far. One way or the other, I do think a character like that - any version of him - could be an interesting addition. There was someone playing Tony Stark (the movie version, who, though cool, is necessarily less interesting than the comics version, obviously), and so it is a sort of character the game has accommodated before.

Have you ever read DC's short-lived but awesome comedy/action series "Major Bummer"? I'm also playing the protagonist from that, Lou Martin, who Luthor would find equally fascinating and disgusting, I think. :)

Also, I might be interested in playing Damian Wayne, if that's cool?

I view that as an AWESOME idea. I have a friend who's thinking of applying as the DCU Joker, and this could make it even better.

Damien is a great character (fuck the haters!), and his approach to life is one that I think will make this an interesting experience for him.

And hey, there's nothing saying you can't play more than one character if you should feel so motivated.

I just want to toss it out there for consideration that I have a friend who has for some time now been planning on joining the game as the DCU version of the Joker, and the presence of a Batman and a Robin could only make THAT that much more interesting.

I would love that idea. Especially if it was Dick as Batman.
