I have just witnessed something… interesting. Amane and Ootori do not appear to be the rebellious type, and yet I catch them prowling about at this hour. According to my copious experience regarding the matter, the only people who would rendezvous at such a time would be those who have something they wish to hide. …Naturally, this does not exclude

More importantly, is this green light you're talking about. Why do I always miss these things!? I knew sleep was a bad idea.

Sleep is vital, Hiyoshi. Sleep deprivation and excessive tiredness are thought to increase the probability of sleepwalking, for one. But where was I? Ah, yes. The light. It suddenly came into view, distantly in the sky, and it fell rapidly down towards the jungle. For a few minutes there seemed to be a trail of green mist following the course of the light, like a signal flare in reverse. I was still trying to examine it when I heard people approaching - Amane and Ootori - and naturally, I hid from view as they came by. When I was able to retrieve my original vantage point, the light trail had disappeared. Does that tell you anything?

That tells me you had better have a good reason for hiding. Who cares if the two saw you-- GREEN LIGHT!! I know the realization of being watched makes one act forcibly unnatural and that you wouldn't get accurate data on those two, but notice above where I italicized 'More importantly,' because the light is, well, more important. Details please.

I apologise: it was not that I wanted to remain unobserved (although that is often at the forefront of my considerations), but rather that those two seemed as though they did not want to be seen. When I heard movement, I saw Amane peering around as if to make sure nobody was there. I had to hide - if they had something to do with the light, and they found me investigating it, I might miss my chance to uncover the truth. I have never before seen anything fall from the sky (no doubt you have?) but as a relatively uninformed spectator, I would have to say that that is ( ... )

Do they pose a danger?

I'm positive you are far more dangerous at 4.37am than any imaginary greenlight. People just have primal urges, I believe.

Fufufu, Kyojyu, are you speaking from experience? Primal urges indeed. I resent your accusation that the light was imaginary. I resent it, but I decline to press the issue.
