I hate the waiting game

I do.  It's killing me.  I wish they would just call me, even if the results were negative.  I need to know.  I cannot wait until Monday.

The shot of steroids he gave me seemed like a temporary relief.  My fingers are sooo stiff today.  I need to fill the prescription he gave me.

I don't want to have to think about this anymore.
