Radiation is done, chemo is scheduled to begin 12/28, and this morning Mom e-mailed to say she'd taken him to the ER last night with excruciating abdominal pain and he'd been admitted for observation. When I called he'd been filled up with contrast material for another CT scan but not taken down for it yet, and was sleeping under the influence of IV pain relievers. She e-mailed later to say she'd got home safely in the heavy snow and he'd returned from the scan before she left but obviously they don't have a result of that yet.
