So, my latest time running a new DK though the starter area, two of the ghouls that I raised in the scarlet mines said, "Mommy?" And what does my heartless, cold-blooded, died-twice, MALE forsaken guy do? He hugs them and gives them a noogie.

There's something very soothing about listening to my best friend and her not-a-boyfriend talk. I don't have to have any sense to the words, they just both have... very nice voices. I do not like multiplayer games. I don't like dealing with strangers, being expected to always form parties, etc. I infinitely prefer to play solo, off-line, where I control either one or more people and it doesn't matter if I decide that I care more about the story than the fairness of my methods.
