This is the month of hard work and focus. Counting down to finals which for my two classes are papers so thats kinda good and kinda bad. Well I got my interview done for the extra credit I need for my Civil Rights class. Man my family in Oakland knows some peoples, oh can u say Black Panther Party anyone? I wish I could interview more of my aunts and some cousins that actually protested and was apart of the Black Panthers back in the day. Interesting stuff

So this week is trying to write a think piece for my awesome Civil Rights class. But it sucks cause all I think about is why the 3 minority groups just didn't join together to gain civil rights? Well I finished Octivia Butler's last book Fledling last night. And wow.....it sucks that she died cause it totally felt like it was the start of a series. So sad now and not just for no more books but for no more Butler. She seems like an interesting person to have met in person for me. I got two of my final grades back from Sac State, still missing my Sociology one though. I totally gots two muthfuckin A's for my Humanities classes.
