I'm a Finalist on Scribe (onerous self pimpage - sorry)...and Vintage Yummy Men

Just a quick one  - I submitted an entry on lj_scribe last week - just a little 8 line poem. The prompt was the 4 elements and a hula hoop.
I was once again on the insomnia train, and in a silly mood, and a little one popped into my head, so I thought I'd enter it.

You could have knocked me down with a feather when it got the most +1's, and now I'm in the finalist's poll. It closes on Monday 28th March. I'm currently coming 3rd in the poll - so if you'd like to pop over and vote for whichever one you favour - hopefully you'll like mine, but really, no pressure, that would be great.

Here's my little poem:

Mother Nature's Favourite Toy

Round and round the seasons go

Summer autumn winter spring

The cycle then begins again

And aren't we glad it's so my friend

Earth wind water fire

These are what make up the loop

Of mother nature's favourite toy

She loves her “seasons” hoola hoop
