hotel stuff
I need to hear from anyone who is interested in coming to gen con so I can set up hotel stuff. I found one that still has rooms and is in walking distance of the convention, though rooms are a bit more expensive than at other hotels. So here's what I need to know:
1. How many people are almost definitely coming?
2. How many days will everyone be staying?
3. Do you mind if we're crammed in a room with 2 beds and 10 people? If not this will make the hotel bill really cheap, and I know of some acquaintances who are going with a group of at least 5 and are willing to share a hotel room. Otherwise I'll get us our own room in the same hotel and see what I can do to help with cost if that's a problem for people.
4. Is anyone flying there or otherwise needs a ride?
5. not actually related to hotel stuff, but do you care if some of us (ok, probably just me) dress in costume when we're there? if not, there is some talk among other folks I know who are going about making a cobra group from g.i. joe, you see...
