Bored and Hot
Well so far today has been pretty boring. Aside from having to chase my lovely kiten Tibbledorf away from the budgie cage umpteen dozen times and housework, things are pretty much par for the course.
It is hot here, not the nice summer hot but the sticky oppresive hot that makes you wish you had AC and a pool in your backyard. I'm going to take the kids to the pool today as it is too warm to go down to the river. Once we get to the river, they usually do not want to leave and I have no desire to get another 3rd degree sunburn like I did last summer. That was really not fun.
