And the ride goes on ...

Well I have some good news and some not so good news to report.

Thankfully, the random stomach revolts appear to have lessened considerably and I finally managed to get a whole 7 hours of sleep last night. I was talking to my newphew today and we are trying to figure out a way that he can come and visit for a week or so this summer. He is only a year younger than my boys and only has sisters so I think it will do both him and my kids good to have him come stay with us for a while. I know the kids really miss seeing him and he expressed the same sentiment. I'm really looking forward to spending some time with him.

Even though we aren't sure if a fifth member of the family is on the way at the moment, we have decided on a few names just in case.. Logan William Noble if it is a boy and Jordyn Korissa Arlene if it is a girl. The nice thing about the first names is that they are unisex so if we do happen to have twins, we can still use them.

On the not so good news side, we just found out that my Boo-bear might be diabetic. We have a long history of it in my family and when I tested his sugar levels at the behest of my sister in law, he was quite high. I took him to the doctor's office today and he's going for a full panel of tests tomorrow. So tomorrow will tell the tale. Although I am worried, obviously, if he is at least we will have caught it early and there have been some great strides made in recent months on treatment and care. The way I am looking at this is the same way I try to look at most challenges I face: even if it is positive, it could always be worse..and hey, it can't rain all the time.
