Casper and her both desperately need to rest, and they both want to see their files. It only makes sense that they sit down at the first bench they find.
There are stores and restaurants near them, but Irene isn't very hungry. And besides, she still hasn't figured out what food made her act all funny.
The two of them decide, after getting a little further away from the alleyway - don't want to give the monsters any help finding them - that it's finally safe to sit down.
Irene plunks down next to Caspar, holding her file carefully. "Okay... we both open them at the same time, sound good?" she says.
She's kind of scared of what she'll find.
