The Winchesters head to College on SPN! (My 10x13 Thoughts)

Feb 10, 2015 22:51

I also got a tumblr page (link on the side) so many of the gifs used here have been reblogged there (since I have no clue as to how to make a gif).

Alright so here is a jotted recap of the episode with my initial thoughts included throughout and after the episode. I do it this way because my memory sucks when it comes to recalling things that don't revolve around my OTP for the series.

CREDITS

Promo for 10x14 = Cain returns and Dean is reunited with the First Blade

For a standalone case, I thought it was great to go with a classic while keeping it with the present day trends (aka social media). The little mentions of Cain and the Mark before and after the case was great as it showed some revelations being made and a new game plan in motion.

Though I didn't get Dean's sudden obssession with the ladies. There was never that much focus on it before...not in a long while at least. Is it Mark-related or is Dean just in a rut? Also what happened to Dean's plan to eat healthy?

See you next week for Cain's return!
