MIA?
MIA...definitely. Given I haven't officially posted within here since early 2012 (visible to public) to late 2013 (hidden)...
No logical excuses even for it. Could name some things, yet irrelevant since doesn't change the fact at all.
I haven't been to active anywhere. Part was to blame from work, given the workdays I had made it hard to meet people, go to events or event decent gaming with people online (at least on the interesting nights).
Facebook was where I used to ghost around the most, however due to some annoyance with it and name issues (after so many years even), due to do a rename of the account (I never liked my real name, nor it's story behind it). Had some people already complain and tell me off to return the account to my alias since the change (not many knew me by real name, even having chatted in real life - not many give out real names at cons, much less when in cosplay).
Dark_Kurayami has been my name for many years now, over a decade now going by the math.
Doesn't help that even if you put a "nickname" within it, anything you post will always show the "name" you have, not the nickname (makes wonder what's the point of putting nickname in the first place).
I still, attempt to, cosplay. Have a few still in the works to one that needs a heavy remake:
*Ieyasu Tokugawa, Sengoku Basara - roughly 35 to 40% done;
*Rokudo Mukuro, Katekyo Hitman Reborn TYL Version - estimated 55% complete - plus when do ever dye hair no longer need wig (since hair-style is that, for over a year or two now);
*Winter Soldier, Marvel - for a while had ideas to work on it, already got like 5% started, only from having started working on a sleeve idea to just nerd out around the house, so figured, why not;
*Date Masamune, Sengoku Basara - remake in works (mostly armor);
*Amongst a few other ideas that haven't left paper yet.
Actively, I've been mostly ghosting to light posting within my Gaia Online account, Dark_Slytherin (oldest name), so you're bound to snag me there. I pop into it at least once a day with it.
I do OWN the user name Dark_Kurayami in there, however it's been mostly as a spare account for when had more activeness in there and had planned a shop thread (for gaia gold at the time).
Still need to work on a shop thing, however, outside of certain media sites to make own profit, somehow.
Regarding work schedule, I no longer work retail. Long story short, I was let go half back-stabbed.
Currently work in the cleaning services due to moronic laws that exists, or else I would had continued retail, elsewhere, with better income and hours though. I still work part-time (got to love that) with just slightly more hours, best thing though, is that I work just Monday to Friday - means I can get out on weekends (finally!) and yet again can not (income is pretty love - as well had been unemployed {without unemployment rights} for a rough month half to two months).
Alas, this current employment may not last too long since I'm just technically substituting someone that went on sick leave (supposedly for some time now) that made it possible for me to get the job (due to said moronic laws).
I will attempt to be active here again as well continue the scanning and editing that I had let pile up. I doubt the group I had supplied some scans are happy with me...I'll try to rectify that with a (large) number of scans...
Despite not too sure how to stay active much here either...chances writing ideas or fiction here... Seriously..I haven't been active in almost any place I used to frequent, whether online or other. Nor do I actively reach out to people anymore (work excluded, as always was).
Part I blame to have been let down and disappointed by people far too often (had a few friends dump me, with no explanation or decent ones - "it's not you it's me" (seriously? and through a phone message?), frankly, that doesn't explain shits to me, much less when said friend avoids me when try to reach out to find out what the fuck happened).
Yet at the same time, I consider that what is the use as well to reach out when more often than not, most would find my ideas or interests, well boring (sorry I do not like soccer and local shits).
