Mom went out of state to visit my sis for Thanksgiving and the kids and I went with Niles to CC to spend it with his parents.  It was quite enjoyable.  They do have very steep stairs and bathrooms are not handicaqp accessible (my wheelchair won't even fit in the doors) but he was great about carrying me and all.  We had a great time.  Kids rode on ( Read more... )

I keep looking at my daughter and wondering how she can be as old as she is because I am not any older than when she was born.  Except I am, I just don't mentally feel like it.

Agh.  I'm old.  Ah, well.  I'm taking 36 much better than I took 30.  : )

I just finished Chapter 13.  It's only taken me two weeks to do the 1500 words (approsimately), but at least I got some done.  It's another transition chapter, which is difficult for me to get down to, sometimes, I've found.  But not too much more in this first third of the book, maybe two or three more chapters.  Yay ( Read more... )

My day has started out well.  Asha made me a bagel and cream cheese and smoothie for breakfast in bed.  They have gifts for me on the table.  Lots of loves and kisses to wake me.

I feel so loved.  : )

So, belated Ostara and Easter to all.  Regardless of your faith, this is a time for celebrating renewal and new life, whichever way you choose to recognize it.  So there.  : P
