Stuffed Artichoke
This was my contribution to our dinner tonight. Turned out pretty good. I think next time I won't stuff the middle with the stuffing mixture and will just fill it with the half water half marina sauce mixture. Kelly cooked up some boxed rice pilaf and a big chicken breast with garlic and some more marina sauce. Dinner was delicious.
Other then that we cleaned up out place and put all our Christmas decorations away, including throwing out the tree.
Did anyone catch "My Name Is Earl" last night? Oh man that was probably the funniest episode I've seen all year. Lots of cameos and bit characters were in the episode, it was classic.
