kicked out 3 miles this morning.
not great, but definitely not bad considering it was my first run since early july.
my ankle's already swelling up again though... HEAL DAMMIT! i've got to keep an eye on it though.
i went to price chopper last night to buy good, happy food.

that kind of reminds me of how christina and i were watching the rodeo on TV last night and cheering for the bulls. "they're hurting him!! they're pinching his testicles." "ahh, that bull is not happy! look at him!" it was really funny... but you know what? i don't think the rodeo is a natural form of entertainment.
Lots of work today, busy week ahead....!
