I don't care what anyone else says Orlando is way better than he is given credit for. Elizabethtown is a great movie. Probably better if not at least as good as Garden State. I worked ten hours and fifteen mins today. Doing inventory prep and I have to be back at 7am tomorrow. Tomorrow we are going to see the new Pirates movie. That is all for now.

a day late I see my friends, the one closest to being family

A solitary lightning bug blinks across the lawn, almost as though it was responding to the flicker of my lighter. On and off together in the night. The tree branches dance lightly in the night time breeze. Classic family sitcom sounds filter through the screen on the patio door. A blue green red flashing glow emanates from the tv.

So I can no longer watch late night oxygen network. it is entirely too hypocritical. The programs are all "woman-power", "full-figured is beautiful" and "be real". Then the commercials are all "lose weight with this pill, diet, miracle laser treatment, or new infomercial exercise machine". I actually really liked The Family Stone. It was funny and real and kind of romantic all at once.

Today was the fourth of ten days in a row that I work. It should be interesting trying to get through the next week.

I just realized that I just pay-per-viewed a Christmas movie in the middle of june. Due to the fact that the previews that they have been showing on tv for said movie cleverly edit the christmas factor out of the ad. Damnit.
