So I can no longer watch late night oxygen network. it is entirely too hypocritical. The programs are all "woman-power", "full-figured is beautiful" and "be real". Then the commercials are all "lose weight with this pill, diet, miracle laser treatment, or new infomercial exercise machine". If they are not for something to make us skinny, they are to make us pretty, creams, treatments, or underwear that squeezes us and reshapes us. Even worse although rarer to be seen are the commercials that make us all look like desperate and shallow sluts, girls who call 800 numbers to hook up with guys. Girls who care enough about the "size" of our guy that we want him to call and order those dumb pills that are supposed make it bigger. Girls who are dumb enough or insecure enough to still as grown women send money out for some pill or creme that will make out tits bigger and perkier. Of course if you can look past the commercials the show are good. I just don't think I can deal with the ads anymore.
