I'm meeting his family on Thursday night...
I'M NERVOUS!
Opeth was awesome, so glad to finally see them live. BTBAM ruled as well, though I wish they could have played longer.
So glad I'm done with school...for now. And honestly, I'm glad my internship is over as well. My supervisor there used to work at our school, and my current advisor at CVA and she had a falling out...so in between school and the internship, I would hear shit talk about the other person all the time. Not very professional, ladies. I'm considering joining Highpoint's working co-op because their printshop is outstanding compared to the school's, but it's kind of expensive, so I probably wouldn't be able to join until next year around this time. We'll see what happens. They're having a party at the Chambers hotel this Wednesday, should be awesome, especially because it's open bar...and then next Wednesday is the intern goodbye lunch...then I'm done. This big babble was more for my own mind, I'm sorry if you read it.
In other news, JUICY LUCY'S tonight with TONY!!!! Everyone should come! We're going to Matt's Bar after I'm done with work at 9. At least that's the plan. Call me anytime after 6, cuz we all know my job isn't a job, and we'll plan things...
I'm reading this book called Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, by Haruki Murakami. Pretty good so far. Though he has talked about unicorns quite a bit already, which is probably why I enjoy it. Gotta love unicorns. Though unicorns combined with his love for plump women is not entirely...appetizing. I'll just leave you with that.
