A while ago (January & February of this year) I went on a small Scotch buying spree and have since ended up with a fairly modest collection of bottles (about 14 in total) tucked into the back of one of our basement storage rooms.  Since the room is cool, dark, and out of the way, the bottles should keep indefinitely, which is good, because I ( Read more... )
