And the continuous eruption of Kilauea volcano which began in early 1983 rolls on....
Pahoa was one of my old "stomping grounds" long ago.

Last evening the TV was on for the first time since watching Juneau's 4th of July parade last year. We were watching Nature: Kilauea - Mountain of Fire on the PBS station here.
Highly recommended, especially if you haven't been paying attention to the volcano which has been erupting almost continuously since January 1983.
