Content: A new arrival to the city... and in a miniskirt no less!
Location: Streets near Bryant Park Hotel
Time of Day: early evening

It was so cold... Michiru was positive she'd closed the windows that night (and wasn't it the middle of summer?). She groaned and stretched out her arm to pull herself closer to Haruka... Where was Haruka? The alarm hadn't gone off yet, so she couldn't be awake... Opening her eyes blearily, she realized that she wasn't in bed at home (a slight relief, she wouldn't have to worry about fixing the heater later), but instead in the snow... In the middle of a deserted street... In... Was this Manhattan? She sat up quickly, brushing the snow from her back and rubbing her eyes.
"What's going on?" she whispered as she struggled to stand up, brushing even more snow from her legs. She thrust her hand to the side (after making sure the street was, indeed, deserted) and called out her henshin phrase. Sailor Neptune carefully hopped from the snow bank she was in, to a less snowy area on the side walk. She slipped only slightly and managed to catch her balance before falling down. She decided it would be best to look around the area, see what was going on and check for any youma activity.
