It's a good thing I randomly decided not to skip my 15 minute break. I checked my phone I stashed in a locker and saw Tim had called. Where was he? Not in Jax, no... After our botched attempted to go back to the Extreme Makeover house, Bianca, Janel, and I joined Jen and her friends at Bennigan's to celebrate her 21st birthday. I would have never and cannot believe it, but this Irish restaurant had near-perfect calamari. Cooked just long enough that the meat isn't rubbery and the coating is light and crisp. ( Read more... )
