Hey guys :-)
feeling pretty good, went my run this morning as planned. 6miles with my little dog it was hard work and it was hot for once.
Had a bowl of special K and semi skimmed milk at 10.50 this morning. 171 kcals. I know alot, but i had done the run having not ate anything since 4 O'clock the night before.
And just had a glass of Slim Fast strawberry shake with water (Not milk.) which i drank really slow so that i couldn't actually finish it. But idk how many calories are in it then but im goina say 170.
Swimming tonight also, got my dinner to go. Goina have a baked potatoe and a little bit of cheese and maybe some salad. Which is what 400/500 max. So all in all calorie consumption will be around 840 max.
plus did my run this morning plus a swim tonight. So maybe burn about 800.
Hm, yes. I'm goina stick to this today. This is my plan. :-)
It's been great i've barely thought about food cause i've been doing lotsa house work.
