ok day 2.

of my diet to lose 20lbs, eurgh man i got up this morning about 7.20 and fainted on to my rug.. idk if it was because of over exercising the night before or just got up out of my bed too fast. but i faint or get dizzy a couple of times a month but usually i wake up before i hit the floor so i end up on my knees :P anywayyy,

so i ate a 60kcals apple before i went out my run just so i didn't drop in the middle of nowhere.
right so far today i've ran two laps of the park. which is a burn of about 400kals.
planning to go to the gym tonight for toning exercises and then work my arms out in the pool swimming.

food. obviously that apple at 8.15 this morning. 60kcals
had special k and semi skimmed milk this morning as id a long walk ahead. 171
had an oxo 19kcals and so filling. just get the oxo cube crumble it into a mug and add boiling water and stir 19
and a slice of bread 100.
having salad for my dinner, so idk 400/500 kcals what do you think? and hopefully burn that off exercising tonighty.

hm, btw how long do you think id would take to get some effects/decent weight loss on a 1000kcals diet, does your body go into like famine/starvation mode for a week on that ammount of kcals and then lose some weight? aha i've really not got a clue.
anyway planning to weight myself on hm, saturday. dyou think that'll be enough like 3/4 days of under 1000kcals dieting. or should i leave it longer.

oh one last thing what does GW etc stand for goal weight?
