Winner of Round 2: Da Popa!

Less than 1 minute after posting the last update, CompUSA called. Again, it was a technician rather than the manager (WTF?), but he said to come in after 7:00 to pick up the power supply & floppy drive!

I told him I also wanted my warranty to be extended, and, of course, he said he'd need to check with the manager.

No matter; I got the two things I was most worried about. I might just suck up the $10 or so to get the paint & thumbscrews myself, as I don't think CompUSA carries them, but I don't think I should back down on the warranty.

What do you'all think? Am I being too easy-going or too harsh, or am I being reasonable?
