I show up at CompUSA at 7:30 to exchange the screwed up parts. However, they put aside the wrong parts! Gah!
I left a message for the manager with the correct parts names and also tore into the store's lack of customer service, said I would only speak to him (not his technicians), and that further delays or complications will result in complaints being filed with the several groups that I had previously mentioned.
This is my night off, and I thought I'd be able to install this stuff and finally get my computer running. $#*%!
