Wow.
I ended up liking that more than I thought, though I feel a little conflicted about it.
I really want to hate what happened to Nathan, because I kind of love Nathan (even though his boring-ass "I found god in the ghost of a dead mobster" story line was a large part of why I originally stopped watching and is shift to hero-hunter was so abrupt I thought he thought it wasn't really him). But I also really like Adrian Pasdar and think he'll have a lot of fun and do very well with those moments where Sylar begins to crack through the Nathan facade.
BUT OMG WHAT A HORRIBLE IDEA, ANGELA PETRELLI! YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD!
I'm pretty sure Sylar as Nathan is going to be a story line that eats up a chunk of season four, and for as fun as it might be to watch, I'm also a little irritated that it could be avoided if people just talked to each other. But I mean, I also get that it's Mama Petrelli's last ditch effort to not lose her son. It's not rational, but I get it.
Also, I knew someone was going to die this season (well, a lot of people died, but someone who was core), so every time anybody's life was in danger I was all "Oh no, are you going to die? Are YOU going die?!! I think I saw you in the Heroes Reborn trailer, so you probably won't die. OR WILL YOU?!! Claire's blood could bring you back if you do!" It was an interesting time.
I don't really know anything about season four. Something about a carnival and I guess all the fans hated it.
