Perfectly Good Airplane!
I will be flying in a Perfectly Good Airplane on July 15th and Yes... I will be jumping out. For those of you who know me... this is one of the few ideas I got from my Crazy Stepfather. That would be my second crazy stepfather. Mom's 4th husband:-p Grew up with pics of him diving out of airplanes on our walls. We used to watch and listen to sky diving frequently. He used to describe the jumps in detail to me. I would dream about it and between that and sky diving movies the idea of actually jumping made me feel enthralled. I even used to say a prayer with my stepfather for the divers who didn't make it. A group I belong to just came up with the idea of a group of us getting together for a dive. A few of the members have already been and loved it. I think this will be a cool group to jump with for the first time. I of course also put an invite out there to some of my other friends that may have an interest to go along with me. It is a different group of people who choose to do this as a sport, but I am happy to get the chance to see what it's like. It's really not about falling... It's about flying.
