So, last year, andrian6 lost his great-aunt, Baba Jelka. She left no memorial wishes, but loved tulips. He and I go back to Jr. High, the Darkest of Dark Times, and she was a very special woman. He asked that tulips be planted, and pictures be posted or sent, so here they are ( Read more... )

0) derekbbell and I went down to Bethesda this past weekend to see cacle and salamiel get hitched on Saturday. A lovely ceremony and reception afterwards. Got to see vvalkyri, and meet several other people, some on lj, some not. Derek had the beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes & asparagus, I had procuitto stuffed chicken and mushroom risotto.
