3T veg oil
6 med. cloves of garlic minced or pressed
2 T of fresh ginger
1 T of garam masala
2 t of cumin
2 T of chili powder
4 T of lime juice
mix well, coat your protein and let stand for 30 min.
For chicken:
bake at 325 for about 20 min, and then flip and broil for 10 min
on the grill cook on low for 20 min flip and crank the heat to high for 10.
Try not to eat 4 lbs in one sitting.
