Amusing anecdote from me and my coworker, talking on our smoke break:

Co-Worker: "You know, Bill Gates has said that with what he knows from the results of what he's donated, AIDS will have a vaccine in the next 5 years?"

Me: "Yeah, but it won't be effective until AIDS Vaccine, Service Pack 2..."

So, the New Year brings (unexpectedly) a new computer, as my old one went down harder then the Hindenburg crashing into the Titanic, then richocheting into the airplane that killed Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Didn't exactly plan on dropping a spontaneous $600 this holiday season ( Read more... )
